ChatterBox Warranty Information
ChatterBox! USA warrants that each new ChatterBox! will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. ChatterBox! USA will remedy any such defect by repair or replacement (at their discretion) of the products, provided they are delivered to ChatterBox! USA, intact for examination, with all transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the original retail sales receipt.

Cortech/Tourmaster Warranty Information
Tourmaster/Cortech has the right to repair or replace, at their option, any product they feel does not meet their standards up to one year from the date of purchase. If you feel you have a warranty issue, you MUST contact your local dealer to obtain a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, number PRIOR to submission. When submitting items for warranty inspection, please be sure the item is clean and free of debris, etc. The shipping charges to Tourmaster/Cortech are the responsibility of the customer and Tourmaster/Cortech will in turn ship the return item to you at no additional cost.
If you have a warranty claim, please return the item to the original dealer in which you purchased it through, they will be more than willing to assist you. As the initial purchase was not done through Tourmaster/Cortech, they are unable to process such requests.
Fieldsheer Warranty Information
Fieldsheer works hard to manufacture products that can survive the most punishing environment in which they perform. Because of this, Fieldsheer offers a full year warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers problems experienced due to material and manufacturer defects. Damages due to accidents, excessive wear and tear, neglect and improper use cannot be warranted.
In the event that you have a problem or a defect with your Fieldsheer product it must be returned to the dealer who you bought the product from. They will in turn return the defective product to Fieldsheer, or issue you a replacement depending on the nature of the problem.
HJC Warranty Information
HJC hereby extends a limited warranty to the purchaser of HJC helmets that the helmet is free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is applicable for manufacturer’s defects only and is good for one year from the date of purchasing. It does not apply to any problems arising out of wearer’s misuse, negligence, modifications, accident, etc. Any warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty are hereby expressly disclaimed. In addition, HJC shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
In order to receive warranty, please take your helmet, along with your receipt of purchase showing the date of purchase, with a brief memo describing the problem, your name, and phone number to an authorized HJC dealer near you.

Pokerun Warranty Information
Pokerun works hard to manufacture products that can survive the most punishing environment in which they perform. Because of this, Pokerun offers a full year warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers problems experienced due to material and manufacturer defects. Damages due to accidents, excessive wear and tear, neglect and improper use cannot be warranted.
In the event that you have a problem or a defect with your Pokerun product it must be returned to the dealer who you bought the product from. They will in turn return the defective product to Pokerun, or issue you a replacement depending on the nature of the problem.
Scala Rider (Cardo Systems) Warranty Information
Your Scala Rider product is covered with a one-year limited product warranty from the date of original purchase by Cardo Systems. Please retain the retail sales receipt and your registration data for proof of purchase.
Cardo Systems, Inc. (the “Company” or “Cardo“) warrants the headset and charger against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (proof of purchase and registration required). The Company at its sole discretion, will at no charge either repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product to the original purchaser during the warranty period, provided the product has not been damaged or tampered with and has been returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty to an authorized Company Service Center (contact Cardo Systems for locations). Repair, at the Company’s option, may include the replacement of parts, boards or batteries with functionally equivalent reconditioned or new parts.

Shoei Warranty Information
Your Shoei helmet is covered under warranty for five years from purchase date or seven years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by the consumer, (i.e. dropping the helmet), etc., is not covered under warranty.
Sidi Warranty Information
Confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of your Sidi boot purchase is assured by a manufacturer's two-year warranty covering materials and workmanship.
