How long will it take to receive my order?
We have a variety of shipping options—you choose the best option. We usually ship orders in 1 - 3 business days (typically your order ships the next business day). The free shipping option will ship within 1-3 days via USPS or UPS (the shipping method is the choice of She Rides®). The shipping time can be approximately 1 - 7 business days (for domestic orders) depending on the option you choose.

May I exchange apparel or boots if they do not fit?
Before removing the tags, please try on your new clothing—sit
on your bike to check the fit and comfort. If you find you need
another size, return the item immediately for an exchange. Boots
and apparel must be in new, unworn, unused condition with all tags,
documents, and protective coverings intact. Boots will be considered
in "new condition" if worn inside on carpet, not on pavement
or test rides. Boots returned with noticeable signs of wear may
be rejected. Helmets can not be returned due to Georgia state regulations. Please be sure to read the return
policy carefully.

Do you have a catalog you can send me?
In order to keep costs down,
we do not print or distribute catalogs. As we receive new merchandise
our website is updated with new the products, making any potential
catalog quickly out of date.

When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time of shipping.

Do you ship orders outside the USA?
Yes and no. Outside of the U.S., we currently only ship to the US Virgin
Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, U.K., New Zealand and Australia.

What happens if my merchandise is on back order?
Back orders do occur from
time to time. We know it is frustrating when you do not receive
your purchase in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there is no way
around back orders. They are issued from the manufacturers and
are worldwide. If for some reason your item is on back order we
will give you a call or send you an email with the projected release
date. If you decide the wait is too long, we will be happy to cancel
the back ordered item at no charge. By canceling a back ordered
item you forgo your place on the back order waiting list. We appreciate
your patience and will make every effort to ship your order at
the earliest opportunity.
