Shipping Insurance
April 25, 2010 – 5:46 pmWe have added an option to our checkout procedure, shipping insurance.
In the above screen shot, Free Shipping has been select and $5.00 of shipping insurance is being added to this order by default. You will see a line item called “Shipping Insurance” on the next screen in the checkout process.
Don’t worry, shipping insurance is not mandatory and you can opt out by clicking on the box in front of “Select to decline shipping insurance”. In this case, this will remove the $5 shipping insurance fee and the Shipping Insurance line item will not appear.
This change is to help protect our customers from loss and damage to their purchase.
