Greenville International Motorcycle Show 2009
March 2, 2009 – 5:36 pmThe International Motorcycle Show (IMS) for our area was doomed from the beginning. When it was announced that the IMS wasn’t going to be in Atlanta this year, people assumed that the IMS was canceled. Those that heard that the IMS was actually moving to Greenville, SC, assumed the show wasn’t going to be as well attended as previous years. To be honest, we had our concerns as well… a new city and the current economy had us worried.
We are very happy to say that this year’s IMS was great. The turn out was better than last year’s IMS in Atlanta and the people were having a great time.
This year, we attended the IMS with Tourmaster/Cortech. For this show, we were lucky enough to get in a few Tourmaster Epic jackets in High-Visibility Yellow (Hi-Vis Yellow) for the crowd to see. They are just now becoming readily available so only a few people have been able to compare the Epic and Transition side by side in the past. However, the star of the show was the Tourmaster Transition jacket in Hi-Vis Yellow. This waterproof touring jacket with all of its features at the low show price we were offering was hard to resist.
In short, the Greenville, SC IMS was a big success for everyone. It was good to see such a great turnout!
By the way, the winner of the drawing for the Cortech FSX jacket was Fred Seyfarth of Tryon, NC! We hope you enjoy it.

We attend the show and it was great to try on a bunch of jackets until settling on the Jacket I carried home. I need to get back to your store and buy some summer gloves for me and the wife. Thanks for the friendly smile and we look forward to another visit.
