July 31, 2008 – 3:12 pmOk, we have all bought gas from a gas station only to discover 2 miles down the road that gas is 10 cents cheaper. Or, you’re on a trip and have no idea where to find cheap gas. Well, here is a web site for you…
Simply, select the state and county (and possibly the city in that county) to find the cheapest gas. It gives you the address for the local stores, prices per gallon and in most cases, it even gives you a link for a map to the stores.
Now that is what I call putting the Internet to good use!!!

That’s sweet.
I was riding in the rain today and pulled over at a Kroger gas station on Hwy 20 during a down pour. I got the “preferred customer” rate of $3.82. When the rain broke, and I rode down the road, there was the Chevron with the *regular* price of $3.82! Perhaps my Kroger card isn’t really working for me.
